Roswell Smith // Chief Director
Roswell Smith currently serves at Chief Director of FCA/Alliance in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, he provides leadership to the District’s schools, Universities and Coaching Community. Currently his office is developing a mental health/ mental performance tool that it projected to have a significant impact on the coaching community in Washington DC. Also, helping to implement character development to the local NFL and MLB sports organizations in the greater DC region.
His background involves an extensive stretch in Strength & Conditioning and Character Coaching; before this position is spent 5 years church planting and [spiritual] canvassing/mapping Houston’s inner city. Houston is definitely still home as he makes frequent visits back for family and business! He is definitely a family man as God has blessed he and his wife [Shelley Smith] with two incredible children (1 and 4 years )! His core belief is Family- First and “Win at Home before anywhere else”!
Spencer Loman // Pastor
Spencer Loman is the Lead Pastor of United City, a community on mission that gathers in downtown Greensboro, NC. He is also the Co-Founder of Union Coffee Co, a missional "3rd place" expression of United City. He is passionate Jesus, disciple-making, creativity, and empowering followers of Jesus in their gifts for the sake of the movement. He has a bachelors degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Business Administration. Spencer leads alongside of his amazing wife, Jordan, and their 95 pound Goldendoodle, Koda.
Billy Schiel // Pastor
Pastor Billy is a Campus Pastor at Bayou City Fellowship Tomball, TX where he serves as one of the teaching pastors. “Following Jesus and helping others do the same” is how Billy describes his call as a pastor.
Billy has been actively serving in ministry for the past 20 years and is passionate about equipping and empowering the local church to move out on mission with Jesus. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart, JoJo, for 20 years and is Dad to their four children, Caulin, Jude, Grant, and Ellah. Billy has an inordinate passion for all things related to specialty coffee and enjoys time around a table with great food, family, and friends. A self-proclaimed “pastor-prenuer”, Billy loves starting new enterprises as well as consulting others looking to start their own business endeavor.
At the end of the day, Billy wants to live his life to the fullest for the glory and fame of Jesus!
